Nana Mouskouri’s Farewell World Concert Live in Korea
Date : Jan. 20Place : Central City Millennium Hall, SeoulWorld-renowned Nan Mouskouri is coming to Korea for a five-city concert tour. Her melodious and sweet voice is dubbed “the dreamlike voice” by her arduous fans here in Korea. Part of Mouskouri’s farewell world tour, this New Year’s concert is will showcase a number of Mouskouri’s hits, such as “Over and Over,” “Try to Remember,” “Amazing Grace,” and “Plaisir D’Amour.” Her works are well known to the Korean audience, for they have been featured in numerous TV commercials and TV series and she has even personally recorded “Lascia ch’io pianga (Let Me Cry)” for the Korean drama “Love in Heaven” in 2005. The concert organizer Sori ENT says that the Greek-born singer is excited to meet her fans in Korea and wishes to make up for the cancelled concert last summer. She was scheduled to hold a concert in Seoul in July 2007, but it was cancelled due to health reasons. This may be the last chance for music lovers to enjoy live performance of this amazing singer, as she plans to bow out of the international singing spotlight after this world tour. So you’d better reserve your seats at the concert now for an unforgettable experience.
