There's not a lot to say about Nana Mouskouri. This pleasant, affectionate film looks past her image as a sweet, unassuming light entertainer and finds . . . a sweet, unassuming woman. Her ordinariness is her charm, but there's nothing ordinary about her nightingale voice. Charles Aznavour, Julio Iglesias and Harry Belafonte pay tribute, and it's showcased by plenty of archive, including the most gloriously MOR moment of the TV week: Mouskouri singing with Cliff Richard and the King's Singers. Nice.
